Billboard Hot 100, December 19, 2009

1. Empire State of Mind - Jay-Z feat. Alicia Keys
2. Bad Romance - Lady GaGa

Jay-Z and Alicia Keys lead perhaps the most boring top 40 list of the year. There's little to say actually, so I'll be keeping this brief. "Empire State of Mind" spends a fourth week at #1, still holding off #2 challenger "Bad Romance" by Lady GaGa, which is this week's airplay gainer. There's no new entries in the top 10, and in fact four songs don't move at all.

19. Do You Remember - Jay Sean feat. Sean Paul and Lil Jon

"Do You Remember" is the only entry in the top 20, up 6 to give Jay Sean his second top 20 hit.

24. Bedrock - Young Money Feat. Lloyd

This is the top 40's biggest mover, up 12 and is this week's digital gainer. I've actually never heard it.

39. Gangsta Luv - Snoop Dogg feat. The-Dream
40. Say Aah - Trey Songz feat. Fabulous

These are the only two songs that move into the top 40. See? I told you it was a boring week.
