The Source Featuring Candi Staton jumps up to #1, knocking Will Young from the top after 3 weeks. It's an unusual move for me, but I've really been into this song for the last month and I love to new remixes. The track was a hit in Britain originally in 1991, then re-released again in 1997 and 2003. The song itself was a remake when first released--an almost identical version to The Source's original 1991 version appears on Black Box's 1989 album, Dreamland. Madonna makes a big jump into the top 10 with "Sorry;" the track is already #1 on the UK airplay chart. Also entering this top 10 is the 2nd top 10 hit for Arctic Monkeys, "When the Sun Goes Down." Next week, I'm looking at three more top 10 entries, including the 8th top 10 hit for Kelly Clarkson.
