Madonna tops my chart for the 18th time, extending her reign as the artist with the most #1s on my chart since I started it 16 years ago. Janet Jackson is second with 16, Mariah Carey third with 14. Madonna is probably settling in for a decent stay at the top. Two new entries in the top 10, disco-revivalist Meck at #5 with "Thunder In My Heart," and Kelly Clarkson scores her 8th top 10 hit at #10 with "Walk Away."
