Willie Nelson's "The Scientist" for Chipotle

Chipotle, my favorite fast-food restaurant (and really the only one I will eat in), has this fun new video to promote their philosophy about sustainable food. It features country legend Willie Nelson covering Coldplay's 2002 hit "The Scientist."

Fun Fact: The closest Chipotle to me is more than 50 miles away (according to their website), which could explain why I've never eaten there before. What do you like about their food so much?

Added Note: "The Scientist" is one of my favorite Coldplay songs, and I understandably like the Coldplay version better. :)

Oh, that's too bad. They're opening new ones all the time though, so maybe one will come your way soon (they are all over DC).

The food is simple and really good. The meat is all naturally raised, the vegetables are organic, they buy locally when possible, and everything is always really fresh. They make everything to order too in whatever combination you want. The difference shows in what you get--it's always very tasty.

That's a pretty stark contrast with most major fast-food chains, who mass-produce their food by buying the cheapest thing possible and assembling it in factories far away from the consumer.

Wow, Willie sounds really old. I would've loved to have heard him cover this in his prime.
